• No data is stored in a database; form data exists only in transit.
• Your information is processed securely and is only accessible to authorized Insight Image Studio personnel.

We use Google Analytics to understand website usage and improve the user experience.

• Google Analytics collects anonymized data such as your IP address, pages visited, and device/browser info.
• This data is not linked to your contact form submissions.

All contact form emails are handled through Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Graph, which processes data according to Microsoft's Privacy Policy.

Authentication uses OAuth2 (Azure Active Directory) for secure access.

• Contact form emails: Retained in our inbox as part of normal business correspondence.
• Analytics data: Stored by Google in anonymized form according to Google's retention policy.
